Savanna grew up dancing outside of Boston with Paulette Harwood, an amazing teacher and mentor. After high school, Savanna moved to New York City where she attended CUNY Hunter College and was a part of the Dance Program. She has trained with Alberto del Saz of the Nikolis/Louis Foundation For Dance, Catherine Greene of Brooklyn Ballet and more. Savanna was a ballet assistant at the Ballet Academy East in NYC, and spent her time in NY auditioning for Broadway shows, The Radio City Rockettes and taking classes from esteemed teachers in the industry at Broadway Dance Center, STEPs and Ripley Grier Studios. Since College she has continued to attend workshops, programs and master classes with The Rockettes, Rhonda Malkin, Stagesmith Dance Training and more.

Parker West, originally from Byfield, MA Parker practiced gymnastics for most of his life he picked up dancing on the later side (in middle school). In high school, he was a competitive dancer, during which he competed at competitions including Dance America-Dance Olympus, The Power of Dance, Beyond the Stars, and Dancers Inc. in college, he was part of the Emmanuel College Dance Team. He majored in Communication and Media Studies in college and currently work for the Boston Athletic Association as the Communications Content Coordinator and is currently in his second year cheering for the New England Patriots

Kaitlin was Miss South Dakota 2021 and competed at the 100th anniversary of Miss America last December! She is a talented dancer who helps us out behind the scenes at Align in operations, marketing, and so much more. Opening the next chapter of her life, Kaitlin has moved to NY where she will continue training and reaching for her goal of becoming a Radio City Rockette! She will even be joining us here in MA to choreograph a few group routines when she is not busy auditioning, training, and traveling to teach!

Blake is a graduate of Marymount Manhattan College. She has trained with Alberto del Saz of the Nikolis/Louis Foundation For Dance, Catherine Greene of Brooklyn Ballet and more.Blake has since danced with numerous companies and most recently performed at Newport Folk Festival. She currently lives in Newport RI where she teaches and choreographs for schools headed to competitions all over New England!

Hayley is a Cape Cod native and we are so grateful to have her as a member of our faculty. Hayley has danced competitively throughout New England and brings her joy of dance, movement, and her creative spirit to align dance training.

Erin McDonagh is the Founder/Artistic Director of Syncopate to Authenticate Music Project; Long Island’s pre professional tap dance company. Erin is also one of the co-creators of ACM Collective; a commissioned tap dance collaborative exploring contemporary concepts through rhythm and syncopation. She is also an understudy with Project Convergence. Throughout her professional career, Erin has had the opportunity to perform at a variety of venues such as the Schomburg Center, Kaye Playhouse, Hudson Guild Theater, Symphony Space, LPAC, and more!
